Ingredients

  • 12 oz water
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (whey preferred)*
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • ½ frozen banana
  • â…“ cup frozen mango
  • ½ avocado
  • Pinch sea salt
  • Ice as needed for desired consistency

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients except the protein powder into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the protein powder and continue to blend until mixed in.

*For vegan diets, use a plant-based protein powder
