 Â10 grams of protein per serving
In a medium bowl, mash a banana using a fork and stir in almond butter and maple syrup.
In another bowl, stir together almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, 2 tsp. cinnamon, and salt, using a whisk.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mix. Stir until a dough forms.
Using approximately 1 Tbsp. of the dough, roll in the palm of your hands to form a ball. Makes about 15 balls.
In a shallow dish, stir together coconut sugar and 1 tsp. Cinnamon. Roll each ball into the cinnamon/sugar mix until completely coated.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
