Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey preferred)*
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pure maple syrup
  • â…› tsp sea salt
  • 1/3 cup raspberries, mashed and 2 tbsp whole for topping

Steps

  1. In a lidded jar combine the almond milk, protein powder, cacao, chia seeds, vanilla extract, maple syrup, â…“ mashed raspberries, and salt. Seal with a lid and shake until everything is combined. Place in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. When ready to eat, top with 2 tbsp raspberries.
