Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, basil, salt, and pepper.
Coat a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil cooking spray. Add the egg mixture to each opening in the muffin tin, about ¾ of the way full. Add 2 halves of tomatoes to each muffin opening.
Place in the oven and cook for 12-18 minutes.
